“Sono rimasto deluso dalla scortesia del personale di sala durante le 2 colazioni. Inoltre bisogna pagare se vuoi un Cappuccino!!!! Solo frutta sciroppata!!! No frutta fresca o no spremuta di arancia, al contrario di un normale 5 stelle. Parcheggio extra a E7,5 al giorno, ma devi parcheggiare da solo ed inoltre lasciare le chiavi alla reception, xké si parcheggia in seconda fila, data la scarsità di parcheggio nel sotterraneo.”

“Location is nice, service is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is ok. Overall very clean room and toilet. Bed comfort however is just marginal, with high pillows and average matteras. The shades only lightly obscure the light from the big windows, and you will hear some noise from the Hotel's resto until after dinner time. No complementary bottled water in the room, coffee ot tea. ”

“Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! ”

“The hotel is just across a stunning beach, close to the Salt Museum where people gather for free mud baths. A pleasant walk to the central part of Pomorie. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The place is new, equipped with everything you need and extremely clean. Great sea view from the balcony. Best of all - the owner and the staff - friendly, professional and reliable, excellent communication! Cannot wait to visit them again! Thank you!”

“A unique place in Bulgaria. It is remote, but still close to the city, surrounded by forest and 5 min walk from the sea. The architecture is great as they combined the nature and the modern. “Really nice little resort. Staff were friendly on arrival at reception and helpful throughout. Underground secure parking came with the room. The room was great and plenty of space, really well equipped even though it was all inclusive. Needed a shower curtain or something as the bathroom got soaked every time you needed a shower but it was all fine and the water soon drained away. “I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...
