“Location is nice, service is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is ok. Overall very clean room and toilet. Bed comfort however is just marginal, with high pillows and average matteras. The shades only lightly obscure the light from the big windows, and you will hear some noise from the Hotel's resto until after dinner time. No complementary bottled water in the room, coffee ot tea. ”

“Staff went out of way to contact me about my arrival to see if I needed help, as well as she allowed us to check in quite early. Room in great condition. Staff offered us discount vouchers to local restaurants, and gave recommendations as to what to do around town. She also taught us some basic Bulgarian, extremely nice. ”

“Hotel abbastanza datato, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città. La camera ha mobili di almeno 25/30 anni, letto non proprio comodo. A me è capitato che in piena notte, ore 1 circa, arriva un gruppo di circa 20 ragazzi (età media 25 anni) che comincia a urlare e fare un baccano che mi fa sobbalzare.
