Cleaning staff came around everyday to see if we needed anything. We were there for 4 nights. If you cant walk upstairs well, there are no elevators. We had no problem. Can’t wait to go back.”

“The hallways smelled of wet dog, and the smoke detector in the room had a VERY VERY bright green light that lit the room and was distracting.”

“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“Very quaint. We loved it. The hot tub wasn’t super hot and was very chlorinated. The courtyard was absolutely adorable. The room was clean and cute and the mattress was comfy.”
