“Clean. Check-in and out was done efficiently, but getting someone to the desk required finding and calling a number. The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good. “My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for Bon Secours 1st night the hockey game 2nd night Eric Church, this location was perfect we could see the venue through the trees so an easy walk. The 1st night we had issues getting our code to door to work but I'm sure it was our error hit a wrong number but either way we were able to get ahold of someone immediately to reset and got us right in, thanks for the quickness! The place is clean and very well equipped we will stay again for sure.”

“The location and the furniture in the place was pretty good, the structure of the place itself was rough. Dried yellow running water marks on the bedroom walls, peeling ceiling with what looked like mold in the top corner of the kitchen and lots of loose bathroom tiles with a hole in the floor.
