Hotel staff were very friendly. Room is very old but was fine for a night. Are at the hotel restaurant and waited 40 minutes for food and I’m pretty sure the food gave me food poisoning as I was sick that night. Overall a decent stay just be careful with the restaurant.

The folks here were very nice to me and my bicycle. in particular because there is no elevator to the second floor they let me park my bike downstairs at the front desk to recharge overnight most appreciated!

We arrived after 10pm, had a nice quick check-in since we booked online, everyone was kind and engaging especially notable because of the hour. We will be staying here again next trip.

Plumbing is quite noisy. Lots of construction people staying so shower at 4 a.m. woke us up. Otherwise it was comfortable, clean and the food was yummy and not over-priced. Would stay again.

Front desk staff were incredible in helping us feel comfortable, and advice on the area. Restaurant staff and food was also amazing.

Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were very comfortable a bit dated but clean the food in the restaurant was excellent. I will stay there again, and I will tell my friends that are in the area.

Rooms not cleaned well at all.. we understand it's a Historic Hotel but our rooms carpet was filthy, bathroom was horribly cleaned, I had to goto Save-ons to purchase Lysol wipes to clean bathroom and night stand.

Enjoyable time
The hotel was nicely updated inside. We got a room with a jetted tub. It was quite a large room, very well kept with a confortable bed. We ate at tue restaurant inside the hotel as well, food was great! Front desk and louge service was great! Would recommend

Staff were excellent. The restaurant had good food with good portions. Located near a grocery store and Tim Horton’s it is in a good location for travellers. Definitely not fancy and the price seemed higher than I’d normally pay for this but it seems demand is high as it seemed to be full with workers.

This is obviously a worker's hotel rather than a tourist hotel. The property has an industrial feel about it. This did not detract from its functionality. Our room was very clean and quiet, but the hallway carpets had been walked on with some very oily boots! The restaurant served a very good burger, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

The hotel was in a good location and the attached restaurant served some good food. The beds were not very comfortable and like to roll away from the wall making it some what uncomfortable to watch TV.
