The property was not responsible for my poor rating. Expedia itself is responsible for this poor rating. The staff at Baymont were very helpful. But when we arrived, there was no record of our reservation. Which was frustrating as I had made the reservation and paid for it a year prior. Trying to get a hold of someone at Expedia to get the room rebooked was a disaster. After having been on the road for over 12 hours already we had to back track an hour to the new place. It was a terrible experience and honestly, I am not sure that we will use Expedia again in the future if this is the experience that we can expect.
