Modern Farmhouse | HotTub + Walk to Crow Peak Brew

  • This farmhouse modern Spearfish home has quartz countertops, designer tile bathrooms, real hardwood floors, and every detail dialed in. Soak in the hot tub and ater a day in Spearfish Canyon. Cook in a kitchen you`ll actually want to use, or walk across the street to Crow Peak Brewing instead. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and room for five. Clean, quiet, and right in the middle of everything Spearfish has to offer.

    The Layout
    The main floor has the kitchen, living room, a full bathroom, and the laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen has quartz countertops, a marble-look tile backsplash, open wood shelving, stainless steel appliances, and a peninsula island with bar seating for three. The living room has a leather sofa, accent chair, and a wall-mounted TV. Hardwood floors run throughout.
    Both bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, and its own en suite bathroom with a patterned tile vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed under vaulted ceilings, making it a great setup for a small family or friends traveling together. Every bedroom has its own TV.
    Step out onto the deck and the hot tub is waiting. After a day of hiking, biking, or skiing, this is where the evening starts.

    The Location
    You`re in Spearfish, and the location is hard to beat. Crow Peak Brewing is across the street. Downtown Spearfish with its restaurants, shops, and Spearfish Creek walking path is minutes away. Spearfish Canyon, one of the most scenic drives in the country, starts at the edge of town.

    Terry Peak Ski Area: 35 min
    Sturgis: 20 min
    Rapid City / Mount Rushmore: 1 hr

    Pet Policy
    Your well-behaved dog is welcome with a $75 pet fee. There is no fenced yard, so please plan to keep your pet leashed or supervised while outside.

    Things to Know
    This home accommodates up to 5 guests. Street parking is available. The hot tub is tested and maintained between every guest ready for your arrival.

    You will have full access to house. Cleaning closet is the only locked door.

    We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

    This is a small neighborhood of 14 houses. They are a combination of vacation rentals and peoples homes. There are beautiful pastures on either side of this little development but you are still in the city with neighbors. While peaceful and beautiful expect to see people and some noise from neighbors like you would anywhere in Spearfish.
    House Rules

    As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while keeping the property safe and in good condition for the owner.

    Smoking:
    No Smoking or aerosolized substance of any kind is allowed on the property. If you are caught violating this rule within 50` of the structure a minimum of $250 fine will be charged and the guest will be liable for the total smoke mitigation charges that a professional company charges.

    Pets:
    This house is pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $75. We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are fully potty trained, will stay off of the bed and couch, and will not be in the house alone unless kenneled. Additional pet fees will be incurred if there is damage or extra cleaning due to the pet. Dog waste must be disposed of or fees will apply. Also, furry feline friends are lovely but unfortunately, we cannot accept cats at this property. :)

    Quiet Hours:
    Please be respect the neighborhood and keep noise under a normal conversation in volume after 9pm and before 8am.

    General Damages:
    Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

    Fire Prevention and Safety:
    Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
    portable device chargers.

    Other:
    The space you are booking is for up to 3 people. More than three people are allowed in the home but not recommended.
    No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.

    Consumables:
    We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

    Parties:
    If guests are found to have had a party without host permission guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges and Guests will be asked to vacate immediately.

    Crime and Drugs:
    If guests are suspected of breaking laws or storing/selling/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.

    Cleaning:
    Please hang your towels, take the trash out to the outdoor garbage can, and wash your dishes. We will handle everything else. We handle it however if your party leaves the property in poor condition at the sole discretion of JAckie we may charge additional cleaning fees. This is based on the average condition that a guest leaves the property.

    Your cleaning fee covers the cost to disinfect the property between guests, laundry wash/dry/placement, staging the property as it was, cleaning bathrooms, floors, hard surfaces, etc. It does NOT cover anything else such as coloring on walls, damage to the property, damaged linens, furniture, gouges in flooring, broken items, or other extraneous items.

    Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property.
