Parking: Free on-site parking is available with room for up to two vehicles on a flat gravel parking area.

As Superhosts, our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible! We hope you enjoy your time in our cozy home and simply ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, marijuana, and any other smoking products. Because secondhand smoke can trigger severe asthma for the owner, any violation of this rule will result in a minimum $250 fee.

Pet-Friendly (Pet Fee Applies)
We happily welcome well-behaved dogs! A pet fee applies and must be included in your reservation.

To help us keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests, we ask that you:
Clean up after your pet both inside and outside.
Keep pets off the furniture whenever possible.
Do not leave pets unattended unless they are securely kenneled.
Report any pet-related damage immediately.

Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damages caused by their pets.

Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damages
If something isn`t working properly, please let us know right away so we can address it. Any damages or missing items that occur during your stay are the guest`s responsibility. Our cleaning team inspects the property after every stay, and any repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

Fire Prevention & Safety
For everyone`s safety, please turn off electrical appliances when they are not in use or before leaving the property. This includes space heaters, fans, portable air conditioners, hair styling tools, and device chargers.

Occupancy & Visitors
This home is designed for 1–2 guests. Additional guests or visitors must be approved by us before check-in.

Unauthorized parties, gatherings, or unapproved visitors are not permitted. If a party results in excessive cleaning, property damage, or disturbances to neighbors, guests may be charged additional fees and asked to vacate the property immediately.

Complimentary Items
We may provide complimentary coffee, snacks, or other consumables for your enjoyment. While we do our best to ensure these items are fresh, guests are responsible for deciding whether to consume them.

Illegal Drugs
The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. If illegal activity is suspected, local authorities will be contacted, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately.

Before You Leave
Please treat our home with care and leave it in reasonably tidy condition. Your thoughtfulness helps us provide a wonderful experience for every guest.
