Tranquillo monolocale di mq. 42 in fabbricato medioevale, situato nel centro storico di Spello, a solo un minuto di cammino dalla Piazza principale. L'ampio terrazzo di 50 mq. è ad uso esclusivo e si affaccia verso est con vista su campagna, colline e montagne. Monolocale e terrazzo sono entrambe al piano strada. Cucina all'americana ottimamente equipaggiata con forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffe, tostapane. Arredato con mobili antichi, letto matrimoniale + singolo aggiunto all'occorrenza, aria condizionata, adsl + wi-fi, cassetta di sicurezza, televisione, radio.
Bagno con doccia.
L'appartamento può essere raggiunto in auto ed il parcheggio gratuito su strada pubblica è disponibile entro cinquanta metri dell'appartamento.
Tariffa settimanale 350 euro + 50 euro per pulizia finale, soggiorno minimo 3 giorni

Lovely and quiet 42 m2 studio in a medieval townhouse situated in the historical center of Spello, only a 1-minute walk from the main square 'Piazza della Repubblica'. The large terrace, 50 m2, is for the exclusive use of the apartment and has east facing views of the countryside with valley, hills and mountains.
Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
Antique furniture, queen-size bed, (additional bed is roll-away cot), wi-fi, air conditioning, safety-deposit box, TV, radio, whasing machine.
Bathroom with shower.
The apartment can be reached by car and public street parking is available within 50 meters of the apartment
Weekly rate 350 euro + 50 euro for final cleaning

Abbiamo trascorso l’ultima settimana delle nostre vacanze in questo monolocale: tutto molto curato. Qualsiasi cosa possa servire c’è e la cosa veramente fantastica è il terrazzo ad uso esclusivo con vista. Davvero molto bello! Peccato solo per il bagno: molto piccolo con un accesso poco comodo!

Un graziosissimo e confortevole monolocale, arricchito da una stupenda terrazza a due passi dal centro. Parcheggio vicinissimo. Ideale per chi porta con sé i propri amici pelosi canini. Anche il bagnetto, seppur piccino, attrezzato. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutta l' Umbria.

Questo viaggio è stato organizzato da tempo per festeggiare una ricorrenza. In questo alloggio tutto è andato come previsto. Speriamo di ritornarci. Spello è un posto magnifico ed a misura d'uomo.

This is our second stay at Roberto's apartment and will certainly not be the last. We enjoyed a short 5 day stay after the Infiorata and were very well looked after by Gaia , Roberto's daughter. The apartment is very centrally located , 3 mins walk at most from all the amenities of this medieval little village set on Mount Subasio. The panoramic views from the large patio outside are breathtaking and we were so lucky to sit back , relax and watch the sun go down in the late afternoon. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay , you would want for nothing and again due to its location , bars / shops / restaurants ( many of them all offering superb food ) ) all within a few minutes walk. Di and I fell upon this little village about 4 years ago when driving out of the rain from Bevagna , looking for a village with a café / bar where we could find shelter. We cannot tell you how lucky we were when we fell into Spello when the rain stopped and we walked around this old medieval town - you feel like you have just escaped back in time - so peaceful , far away from the madding crowd, the people are so accommodating and helpful , this beautiful ancient village home of flowers / art and culture. Thanks once again Roberto , and Gaia , for looking after us and look forward to seeing you all next year , as ever we had a lovely holiday - the Infiorata was breathtaking ! Appartamento davvero magnifico, pulito, confortevole e corredato perfettamente di ogni necessità. Le foto sono sicuramente riduttive: aprire gli occhi svegliandosi al mattino e vedere per primo il soffitto antico a volte di mattoni è già un'emozione! Terrazza ampia e con vista su un panorama spettacolare. Posizione eccellente sia per quanto riguarda il centro storico di Spello, sia per ogni altra città e località da visitare in un ampio raggio . Grazie al proprietario, sig. Roberto, gentile e disponibile e anche ai suoi genitori.

I found this incredible apartment in Spello at the last minute and had booked it because of the glowing reviews. I'm so happy to add another one to the list. After a horrific travel day, which was scheduled to be late at night to begin with, I ended up not arriving in Spello until almost 1:30 in the morning. I was stressed (to say the least) and Roberto assured me that he would be available to meet for check in no matter what. As my arrival kept getting later, this sweet man told me to take my time and continued to wait. When I met him, he could not have been more kind, showing me everything I needed to know in the apartment. Roberto continued to check in with me throughout my stay and made me feel so welcome in Spello. The apartment is so unique and the pictures don't do it justice. I spent half of my 3 nights there sitting out on the massive patio looking at the stars. It's pure heaven. Inside, there's a perfectly equipped kitchen, cozy bed, and the overall ambiance of the space makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. I came by car and was able to park in a lot that is just about a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Spello itself is stunning and the people are lovely. It's hard not to fall in love with this adorable village. I HIGHLY recommend staying in Roberto's apartment if you make a trip to Spello (which I also recommend!). I can't wait to return and I can only hope this apartment will be available when I do. Thank you, Roberto!!!

Mooie woning, groot terras met prachtig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is ruimschoots aanwezig. Badkamer is erg klein, maar netjes en prima verder. Gelegen aan de buitenrand van Spello, parkeren kan vlak bij de woning. We hebben een super fijne week gehad!

This apartment is fabulous, full of charm and character and a pleasure to holiday in! The views are stunning from the private patio, and it’s just a short walk from the village centre. Reasonably well equipped, though the oven was not working, there was a hob and microwave. The bathroom is tiny with 2 very deep steps up to it, useful to know if anyone has mobility issues. My husband managed but it was not easy. The railway station and supermarket are about a 15 minute walk away, downhill going, uphill coming back! Roberto, the owner was great, he picked us up from the station and took us back at the end of the stay. If we return to Spello we will definitely stay in this gem of an apartment again! Loved it!

It’s comfortable and fully equipped and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. We love it. Spello is a god central location for Umbria but it’s not a foodies paradise - but then we like to cook for ourselves and the terrace is a wonderful shady place to eat in the evening.

Roberto was a very kind and thoughtful host. His place is far better than the pictures show. The ceiling is magical and it is enormous by any country’s standards. It took us a while to figure out the clothes washer but my husband did and we were able to wash all our clothes. The apartment is in a perfect location and the balcony is enormous with a sweeping view of the Umbrian countryside. The only negatives are minor and certainly wouldn’t deter me from booking again. The bathroom is about the size of an airplane bathroom and has two very steep and narrow steps to get into it. If you have any mobility issues, this might not work for you. Or if you are very tall or large, you will be very uncomfortable in the bathroom and shower. The other is the bed and pillows aren’t the most comfortable but I’ve certainly slept in worse. All that being said, you will be thrilled by Roberto’s place. It is charming and spacious (except the bathroom lol) and magical!

was a "dream" vacation I had thought about for 3 years and finally got to do it at this wonderful studio apartment. The location was perfect, a 2 minute walk to the town square that we enjoyed every day and evening, just absorbing everyday Italian life. The fully equipped apartment had everything you could need to enjoy your stay and we had several breakfast and lunch meals there, plus of course our evening wine on the large patio overlooking the countryside. Having a washing machine was a big plus too. The apartment is right in the middle of town but there is no noise to distract you. There were multiple small family owned/operated restaurants with delicious meals and we always ordered house wines with never a disappointment. Small shops, art galleries, beautiful scenery, winding alleyways leading to new sites, and flowers everywhere. What a wonderful place! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to live Italian! This was my first experience with VRBO and I was a bit hesitant to book. Roberto was an outstanding host, answering my emails promptly with great information and full explanations to my questions. He is a real gentleman.
