  • The Preserve è la nostra casa per le vacanze di 4000 piedi quadrati, 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 da artigiano del bagno. Include tutti i comfort all'avanguardia, i migliori arredi, una cucina completamente attrezzata (lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero, forno, fornelli e fabbricatore di ghiaccio) e sala da pranzo. La casa è piuttosto ostile. Con due grandi ponti esterni, grill a gas, camino a gas, ingresso senza chiave, spazio ufficio, lavanderia, due box auto e camere bonus al piano di sopra e al piano di sotto.

    The Preserve è l'ideale per riunioni di famiglia ed eventi. Tutte le camere sono dotate di letti queen size, ventilatori a soffitto e soffitti a volta. La grande sala bonus al piano di sopra è in moquette e può accompagnare materassi ad aria di qualsiasi dimensione per i vostri ospiti in visita. La camera da letto principale si trova al livello principale con una cabina armadio, un bagno interno con doppio lavabo, box doccia in vetro e vasca idromassaggio. Due delle tre camere da letto si trovano al piano superiore e condividono un bagno completo con doccia in vetro. Ampio parcheggio è disponibile all'interno del grande vialetto per gruppi più grandi.

This was a perfect location to spend a weekend for an event at Fall Creek Falls. Subdivision was pretty much empty. At first wasn’t quite sure it was the right place . Wished that the neighborhood store was open. And we were too early in the season to go to the pool.We arrived early and Cliff was able to allow us to check in at noon. Cabin was very clean with the necessary amenities needed. We were hoping that the fire place was located at the deck area.

Enjoyable

Very enjoyable stay would highly recommend for a peaceful relaxing stay. Well off the beaten path, which was perfect for our family away from all the noise the tourist attractions.

The building itself was wonderful. It was spacious and well designed with great places for the family to be together or to retreat to their own space, both indoor and outdoor. Mr. Davidson and the rest of the staff were very helpful and responded to all of our questions. The check in procedure was seemless. Our only minor quibbles were the long gravel road to get to the cottage and a lack of a guide to nearby activities. The lack of a guide is probably due to the cottage being remote, which was what they advertised. Our family loved our stay and would highly recommend this place for other families' getaways.

Needed a quiet, spacious and comfortable house to get away from the 4th of July madness which goes on for 5 days and all not long where we life. Our dog can not handle the stress of it all. The house was located in a beautiful secluded development and with the exception of 45 minutes of fireworks on 4th of July it was quiet as can be. The dog had room on the deck to move around. I would recommend keeping your dogs on a leash when walking around, lots of beautiful wildlife in the area that may not appreciate your dog.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you possibly need. The appliance are all quite new and in great condition. There is a huge dining room table for your family and guests. The property is wooded and private with a very comfortable back deck.The hosts, Cliff and Lisa were charming and helpful and addressed our questions and concerns very quickly. I highly recommend this property.

Such a beautiful house and a beautiful location! Perfect place for a large family with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well appointed with all you need for cooking most meals. The Host was very responsive and polite whenever I had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed every second of a stay! The house was beautiful, had we needed, plus then some! The pool was simply fabulous, such fun for all of us! Cliff & Lisa were excellent property host, we will definitely rent this property again!

Quick weekend at Falls Creek

Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this home. The kids love the fire pit outside and everyone had their own room. It was it was a great weekend away!

The pool was closed for "the season". It's filled, but is green and is very unfortunate as it would have been a great benefit. Tennis courts were overgrown with grass. We had to take the prior garbage down to another dumpster upon our arrival. There was no air conditioning upstairs as they were working on a "work around" and it got up to 79 degrees with 8 people sleeping up there so it was very uncomfortable. The basement was completely empty and smelled. The beds upstairs (loft) were just box springs and mattresses. Charcoal grill had a hole in it, kitchen amenities were poor.

Wonderful home in a secluded community

This home is spacious and wonderful for a large group. We loved that there were not only beds for everyone, but tons of space in the living room and dining room. While in a community, homes were very spaced out and the lots are wooded, so you had privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

PERFECT CABIN

This property had everything you would ever need!! Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, the built in speaker system was great for our family game night. The cabin is in walking distance of the pool which we took advantage of every afternoon after all day hikes. AMAZING VACATION

Nice house in the woods near fall creek falls

Spacious house in a country development, big lots, mostly wooded. Very quiet and dark at night, great star viewing. About 20 min drive to FCF visitor center. Host was very good at communicating. Expansive outdoor decks but in need of renovation.

Sooo much space! Very comfortable! Highland Rim Retreats was easy to work with and very responsive. Plan to be back in October!!!!

Nice home on the inside. Upstairs AC did not cool during entire stay. Made for an uncomfortable time getting ready for a wedding. Sorry, but probably would not rent again.

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our time at Cliff and Lisa’s house! Yes, it’s far from most things, but that’s what we loved about it! I enjoyed sitting on the back deck every night, rocking in the rocking chair! The night it rained was The Best!! And having all our kids playing games and laughing at the dinning room table made both my husbands and my heart happy❤️❤️ We would definitely come back again!

We had a hiccup upon arrival when the home hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests left. That lead to a change in our evening plans and also cleaning that we did to get our food into the fridge and freezer after a 10 hour drive. The host did send a cleaning crew that evening but everything wasn’t done and we were shorted bathroom and kitchen towels. We reserved for 8 guests and there weren’t enough to cover that. No laundry soap to be able to wash towels. I purchased supplies to make it work for our stay. There are some minor upkeep items to be fixed (towel bar, door lock handles and the drive is pretty washed out and a rough entrance to the property. The garage has a strong mildew smell. Given I paid a cleaning fee I think it was reasonable to ask for compensation for the inconvenience we experienced with the home not clean upon arrival. However they only suggested a discount on a future stay. That’s not the level of customer service that is acceptable for me. The issue happened now and should be remedied now. The property is up for sale so who knows if we’d even be able to stay again in the future. It’s a shame because it is a nice home.

Family Lake getaway

Came for some family, fishing and fun. Great weekend trip and the house was perfect for our stay. The only negative I had is poor lighting in the drive. There are stairs leading to sidewalk to front porch and cannot be seen at night. We had to use our flashlights to make sure no one fell getting in the house.
