Cottage a Sperryville

“We got the suite with the little kitchen in a cottage behind the main building. Tiffany happened to catch us as we were getting out of our car that happened to be parked right outside the cottage suite and gave us the key even though we arrived at 1:30 PM, which was great as we had wine to store before heading out for a high tea at The Inn at Little Washington. “Our shower did not work. The faucet was broken. Reported it when we checked out. It is near the Shenandoah trail which we did and appreciated the location. Lots of fast food restaurants nearby. Breakfast was minimal, not unexpected.”

“Room was not very clean. We had a mouse running around one night! The porch area outside of our room was dirty. Some of the staff acted like they didn't want to be bothered. Food at the lodge was expensive! We won't be staying here next time we are in the area. On a positive note, the main building was clean. There was music and a great view from the main porch.”

“The Inn was such a welcome sight, it exudes charm from the moment you arrive and gaze upon it. There are many places to sit and relax outside at the end of the day. The rooms and common areas are clean and have all you need. I would definitely stay again.”
