“I liked everything. Owners where very helpful. The hotel was awesome. Loved being able to eat on the balcony. Breakfast, anything you can think of. The fresh eggs are a big plus. Also some suppers that where excellent. The room was spacious and I appreciated a great shower. Windows that open up to let fresh air in. Lots of trees surrounding the property and a great yard for kids to play. So much to see in the hotel on the walls and everywhere.”

“arrived after our check in time walked in to no staff but keys were laying on the counter and we just took one for a room. Felt safe coming back later that night with the keyless entry system. Room was fine, clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom was typical small European with shower corner. Breakfast was good, asked for fried eggs and received. Upon checkout staff didn't ask about stay just took our keys. ”

"Strano che mancassero le pantofoline...per il resto ok..solo la richiesta di una caparra di 50€ non ho capito per cosa, visto che la stanza era stata già pagata e in un'altra struttura della stessa città, l'Hilton Frankfurt Gravenbruch non hanno fatto tutti questi problemi...."

"Camera pulita e di dimensioni corrette parcheggio in zona libero. Colazione buona ma un piccino limitata nei posti a sedere ad hotel pieno com’è capitato a me In 25 minuti an piedi si è in centro città oppure ci sono i mezzi ma la camminata sul lungo fiume è nel parco è piacevole"

"I frequently stay at your hotel and have always appreciated the quality of the service and the overall comfort, which is why it remains my preferred choice when I am in the area. On my most recent stay, however, I was assigned a room that differed from the one I am usually given, in particular as the bathroom did not include a bidet. As this is a feature I have consistently had in my previous stays and that I personally consider important, I kindly asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I fully understand that availability constraints may apply, and my intention is not to raise a complaint, but rather to share constructive feedback. Given my regular stays and loyalty to the hotel, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility or, at least, a clearer explanation. I remain very satisfied overall and will continue to choose your hotel, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be taken into consideration for future stays. "L'hotel si trova in una posizione che permette di visitare la città comodamente L'accesso ai piani avviene mediante l'uso di un ascensore che si attiva usando la carta magnetica della stanza La camera è molto pulita, c'è anche un piccolo divano, l'aria climatizzata, non è presente un minibar in camera. La TV trasmette canali non solo tedeschi ma anche europei e non europei. Anche il bagno è molto pulito e mette a disposizione diversi flaconi di saponi e shampoo e il phon Lo staff alla reception è gentile e parla anche inglese Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Lage, die es man ermöglicht, die Stadt bequem zu besuchen Der Zugang zu den Etagen erfolgt über einen Aufzug, der mit der Magnetkarte des Zimmers aktiviert wird. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, es gibt auch ein kleines Sofa, eine Klimaanlage, aber es gibt keine Minibar. Der Fernseher sendet nicht nur deutsche, sondern auch europäische und außereuropäische Programme. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und verfügt über mehrere Flaschen Seife und Shampoo sowie einen Haartrockner. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und spricht auch Englisch."
