“We would recommend avoiding booking here if you are relying on the advertised shuttle service from the airport. What they do a poor job of communicating is that the shuttle service they have costs $200 and must be booked 48hrs in advance. As another heads up to anyone who this may effect who are booking soon: the pool was quite unclean during our stay and the spa was run down with no schedule to repair it. All of this said, the rooms were fairly clean and the staff were very friendly.”

“Location was very convenient with plenty of dining options within a few minutes walk. Easy access to the beach. The under cover parking was a bit tight, but easy enough with a mid-sized SUV. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and clean. The kitchen was suitable and reasonably well equipped, however most of the mugs had chipped edges. “The accommodations were just what we needed to relax for a week after travelling all over Australia. The home and yard were beautiful and comfortable.The host was communicative, easy to deal with, and responsive.”

“everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) ”

“Great size apartment and fab balcony overlooking beach and promenade. Perfect location in the middle of oromonade Helpful staff. Enjoyed all facilities everything kept very clean and gardens manicured. Pool and surrounds a bit sad but clean so was fine. ”

“The property is spacious, tastefully furnished and fully equipped for a short or extended stay. The lagoon view is relaxing and the walk to the beach and restaurants only a few minutes. Beds were very comfortable. Our dog also had a wonderful time as the lawn area is big enough for play and running around. The owners were very helpful in every respect from check in to making sure we had everything we needed.We are looking forward to being able to stay again!”

“What a lovely surprise, the house was so welcoming with relaxing music and scent diffuser going. It was a warm welcome to a house that was fully equipped with everything of high quality. Amazing pool and surrounds with fire pit area to sit and look at the mountains. Walked to Palm Cove beach every day, returning to this lovely "Retreat".Thanks to the team for making the effort.”
