“everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) ”

“Positioned beautifully across from the beach and next door to Rattle and Hum. The one bedroom suite had no sink in the kitchenette - dishes had to be taken into the bathroom to be washed. The sink is situated beside the toilet - not terribly hygenic. Kettle only just fit under the tap. Apartments are very dated, our top sheet was torn, paintwork scratched, our beach view was a slither - main view was of the old, worn colourbond roof and leaf filled gutters. “Posto bellissimo, ma caro e lontano dal resto. Personale sgradevole e poco flessibile. Siamo andati per riposare per 3 giorni. Il secondo giorno (venerdi') hanno cominciato a lavorare sulla strada verso la spiaggia alle 8,30 di mattina con un camion che passava ogni 3 minute facendo un rumore incredibile. “Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”
