“Beautiful property, helpful staff.”

“Food was decent. The food was better at the restaurants the require reservation but came with long wait times. The staff speak very limited english and therefore that did make it complicated to voice our needs. There was some renovations being done on the bar area by the pool and the bathrooms by the pool were not the cleanest. Limited beach access as well.”

“This is a great place to stay… the gardens are beautiful, the pool refreshing and about a 5 min walk to the beach… the restaurant is expensive , but every restaurant in CR is… LOVED my stay here!”

“We stayed in the Nyuri Suite for 4 nights. The suite is huge, clean and well air conditioned. We brought our teenager and had his own room queen bed and bathroom within the suite. We had a king bed and a huge bathroom. The suite had 2 large decks that overlooked the beach and many beautiful large trees. The food at the hotel was fantastic! “The hotel is amazing. The rooms are increíble 360 views!! Luxury ammenities and service. The staff is knowledgable and very kind. The restaurant is increíble. Local ingredients crafted to perfection nice cocktails (incredible selection of bottles and top shelf) also their wine list is amazing. They have also a very nice store with blue zone products. Will be back for sure. Check in and check out smooth and amazing ”

“Great location, clean room, great staff. Warm and inviting pool and personal hammock to relax. Beautiful beach only a block away. Tons of restaurants, souvenirs and even grocery stores within walking distance. Good breakfast every morning. Tons of butterflies and even a few hummingbirds frequent all the flowers around the property. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We arrived at 2:00PM and were told the room was not ready. We had to wait 4 hours, until 6:00PM until we were given a room key. Upon arriving in the room, which was dated, and showed obvious wear and tear, we attempted to take showers. The room had no hot water. Towel hanger was broken off the wall, overall old and worn. We asked to be moved to a different room, and the next day we did. The second room had a major electrical issue. No electricity the entire night. No Air Conditioning. Absolutely...

Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.”
