“From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the host. Lovely unique property that felt like you were staying in someone's home rather than a B&B. Very comfortable room and the highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Our kids loved cooking their own pancakes at the table. Property very close to the beach and all the amenities in New Smyrna Beach with the bonus of on site parking. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend Inn on the Avenue.”

“Oceanfront 2 bedroom king and queen.
Checked in at 611 Atlantic. Had to drive to other property 2 blocks away! No parking had to park across the highway and carry all our bags back across the highway!!
Very inconvenient!! Room was fairly clean and roomy but the couch and chair were grossly soiled and old!! Had to cover them before sitting on them. Coffee maker didn’t work had to walk back to 611 to get morning coffee. Sink in quest bathroom didn’t drain and toilet in suite always ran!! First...

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Salty Mermaid! The location was great, especially being so close to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, and the property had a nice, relaxed beach atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and parking was convenient. We also loved being able to walk around and enjoy everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Overall, it was a very enjoyable getaway, and we would definitely consider staying here again!”

“The code we were sent in an email didn't work. Not the thing one wants after driving 12 hours and arriving in the dark and raining. Had to send a text to support to get a new code. There is a lock-box above each door, but it takes a separate code to access the keys. We weren't sent that code in the email.

“It was a nice little motel, the floors were a little bit grimy. I'm assuming from all the sand that is tracked in on a daily basis, the bath linens could use upgraded. They were very used, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, never saw any hotel staff, everything was electronically set to you to check in. They did bring us new towels when we texted and asked them to they got right on it. Would stay again when our next visit”
