“We had such a wonderful stay at the Atlantic Ocean Side Hotel in Dewey Beach for opening weekend! From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, welcoming, and relaxing. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and all Dewey has to offer!
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a stress-free getaway. The staff was so very friendly and accommodating, always ready with a smile and very helpful.

“Room was ok, no tub, there was black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, nothing to hold your soap or shampoo.. Mirror was warped at the bottom and paint chipping off. Walls are very thin could everything our neighbors were doing. Staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“Disappointing! Not worth the money. They charge for breakfast. Room was not clean, there was dust everywhere and it was noisy all night. Rooms also need major updating! Very underwhelming for the price they charge. ”
