Spiaggia di El Valle: Tour e Visite Guidate

The property is brand new, maybe too new and still not ready to be used. I will start by saying the good: modern design, nice view, very clean, and at first sight looks like a excellent stay. Also, I will add we were allowed an earlier check in. However, we were not introduced to the property; no one explained anything about it. For example: we had no hot water, seldom kitchen appliances, offered a small private pool that was not available (was dirty and when we asked for it to be clean it would not be ready within our stay timeframe), parking lots are 2 (in theory) one car blocking the other but our two vehicles were too big to fit. The upper terrace has very little to no illumination. Also, it was impossible for us to communicate with the host after 7pm. We had an issue with the bbq and had no help from management. It is the first building of many to be ready, everything around is still under construction. Again, if they step up communication and eventually fix all of the above, it can become an excellent stay. For us this time was not positive.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful, food was also good compared to other all inclusive resorts.
