I’ve traveled extensively around the world during my time in the U.S. Marine Corps and later as a businessman, and I’ve stayed in more hotels than I could ever count. I can honestly say this is one of the finest properties I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. But what truly sets it apart is the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, kind, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay exceptional. Their hospitality wasn’t just excellent—it felt sincere. To me, the true measure of a great hotel isn’t just its architecture or amenities, but the people who bring it to life every day. In that regard, this place is second to none. The beauty of the property is simply a reflection of the incredible people who care for it and the guests who stay here. Thank you for making our visit such a memorable one. We lived the experience. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood of Omotesando while close to the vibrant Shibuya and to the busy shopping area of Omotesando. We did appreciate the warm welcome and consumer orientation of the staff. Top of our list in Tokyo !
