She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts around the world and The Shigira ranks up as one of the best experiences that we have had.”

“해변 전망이긴 하나 낮은 층으로 조금 아쉬웠고 청소는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 나물랄때 없었으나 룸서비스(푸드)가 불가하여 비바람이 와도 나가서 식사를 해야 해서 불편 했음. 수영장은 규모에 비해 작은 편이고 수영장 직원을 찾기 힘들었음. 전반적으로 직원들이 친절하고 청소 상태는 좋았으나 일본어를 잘 못하는 사람들에게는 불편한 호텔이었음.”
