Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

the hotel is a great esthetic hotel. Well designed, not a huge property which is a plus in my opinion, very appealing. The staff are very nice people but when dining and also poolside, we seemed to be forgotten often. The drinks were okay could’ve been better and the same goes for the food at the buffet and all the restaurants, nothing stood out. The room was awkward having a bed right next to the shower and toilet, even with an upgraded suite and we had an issue with the shower working and other guests we had conversations with also mentioned having issues in their rooms.
