“The property was super clean and the staff worked extremely hard to keep it that way. They even scrub the pool chairs. The room was pretty spacious compared to many resorts I’ve been to. Front desk staff were always very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and how to get around. The baggage concierge staff actively try to help you with directions and information on taxis etc. The entertainers in the evening shows are very talented. Bar staff were always friendly and attentive....

“The property is a 5 diamond resort and they definitely live up to those expectations! Clean rooms and well-stocked mini bar. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The outdoor balcony on our ultra suite (6th floor, north tower) was TO DIE FOR!!! And both rooftop pools (north and south tower) had the best food. All restaurants on property were 10/10!!! NOI, DAO, and Hiroshi did not disappoint or miss a beat.”

“We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable furniture. ”
