“My cousins and I stayed here to experience Playa de Coco. This house allowed us to be extremely close to shops and restaraunts. We werent able to use the pool due to the rain. But the area was beautiful! Easy check in process. Definitely recommend this house! ”

“We only booked one night for my family for a weekend getaway from Tamarindo, but wish we'd stayed longer! The house was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. It's tucked back a bit from the lovely pool which is nice, it felt very private, and the property is very close to some terrific places to eat (and the beach, of course!). We also appreciated the access to a shared washer and dryer in good condition on-site. We hope to come back soon.”

“My husband and I had a terrific week at the beautiful Coco Sunset Hills community. Check-in was a breeze, and the guard helped us get settled in. The condo is a perfect get away with a full kitchen and dining area and a comfortable sitting room for relaxing after a long day of adventures. The grounds of the complex are lush and well-kept, and it was a great pleasure to dip into the pool in the evenings after a full day of activities and then step up to the private deck to watch the spectacular...

We have a beautiful ocean view & the place is walkable to shops, restaurants & the new Flamingo marina. We will definitely stay in this condo the next time we’re in town. “Great Condo in Coco just minutes from the beach. The property was very clean and in a gated community. There are tons of easily accessible pools right near the condo. The condo itself was clean and cool. The washer/dryer in unit was huge at the end of our trip. Ilya was super kind and very communicative. ”

“First, the description was accurate and check in was a breeze. David was proactive asking about out arrival times etc, letting us know the space was avaiable early and notified us we could check out late if needed. This property was perfect for us to explore nearby beaches, restaurants and a lovely spot to just hang. We love having the shade on the deck in the morning and watching the stellar sunsets. “We stayed for 3 months during the high season Dec 1-February 28, 2015. Very comfortable, everything worked and photographs are accurate. Extremely comfortable king bed in master and plenty of towels and linens, and a well stocked kitchen as well. Pool was only steps away and very refreshing. The unit was a little on the dark side and the complex attracted a lot of seniors, but overall, a 5 star stay!”
