The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.”

“Room was clean but was a bit musty smelling upon arrival. There were some communication issues with property managers regarding check in date/times but they were resolved prior to arriving. My kids were concerned with the amount of red ants that would visit each night. The property managers did arrange for us to get traps and spray after a few days. One ceiling fan was broken and batteries dead for tv remote but botheh were eventually fixed with some back and forth communication. Overall decent...
