“Great accommodation at a cheaper price. Staff was attentive to customer request and friendly. ”

“When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't contact anyone. No one answered the phone and I waited a long time before the call was returned. When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty. I won't live in this room anymore.”

“Cleanliness can be improved. Water filter needs changing as it is moldy. Otherwise, what you pay is what you get ”

“The apartment is badly maintained. Smelly curtain and cupboard. Sticky floor. Broken sofa, no wifi and many more broken items. Toilet roll wasn’t provided as staff claimed that it is out of stock and told me to buy myself. Found a used condom under the bedsheet. Parking is so inconvenient as we can only park at level 4. Location is far from the tourist area and very noisy from the motorcycles at night. ”

“I booked a queen size bed room but the lady try to give me a two single bed room. TV was spoil. Beware when booking”

“Room is clean but the bathroom manhole stuck and unable to flow the water out smoothly. Room without hair comb and no hair dryer. Hotel with unsheltered parking area. There’s lift sound that can be quite annoying if the rooms near the lift.”

“It was a pleasant stay at Amber Cove Residence Well managed. Place was clean. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Hope to be back again!”

“Property is far from attractiions, need to take Grab in/out. Furnishings are outdated and not clean. Stains are found on chairs and sofa. Washroom basin and toilet also have brown stains. Iron board had burnt marks. No hand soap, only one bottle soap and shampoo. Amenities are limited. Only positive note is customer service was responsive to my asks for the big problems. BTW, they don’t seem to check Expedia messages, you need to contact them via Whatsapp.”
