"The property was ill equipped for off season rental. Temperatures were in the 40’s. Very old, very loud, inadequate heater. Loud as in one could not hold a normal conversation . Back up heater was also inadequate and would shut itself off. I imagine so that it would not over heat. We were eventually ..."
