Spiaggia di Punta Rucia: Tour e Visite Guidate

As a business owner I hate when people take to the internet to do a negative review and never contact the business so I did notify the resort of the below issues...fyi. Resort: Very beautiful property. One pool for all families (unless you are an exclusive member) kind of sucks but we made it work. Food: Food is terrible!! I get their need to try to save money but serving the bottom level quality food was ridiculous. On top of that, they ran out of food at the food court several times, the pre-prepared meals at the restaurants were small and often cold. The food by far the worst part of this trip. Service: The housekeeping staff was great. The servers in the restaurant were OK, no sense of urgency at all. Most didn't speak English, which is fine, but you could only communicate with a couple people. Beach: The beach was ok. Lots of garbage laying around. The vendors are constant but not overbearing. A simple "no, gracias" worked, they were not aggressive like some countries. Bottom line, if you are going here to party and drink with little care about anything else, it is a great location. If you are going for the food, go on a cruise instead!
