“Just returned from a three night stay at The Duke Hotel and loved it. The staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly. The hotel is short walk from the town centre and bus terminal which made getting about easy. The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out with plenty of storage. the bed was comfortable, and made up every day by housekeeping. Aircon was welcome in the heat! We used the heated pool at the Hotel which was lovely. Towels and robes are provided to make things easier. ...

“A charming hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff. A good place for a solo traveller. Although, it's a little way out of town, it has a good size car park, a complimentary mini bus service, that goes into town twice in the morning and returns twice a day and a bus stop virtually opposite the entrance. Was glad I was warned about the lack of air conditioning, so I brought a small fan which I needed despite being able to leave the French windows to my balcony open. The choice of hot food at...
