“The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps.
The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind.

Salle de bain moderne mais dommage nous avions une baignoire et l’eau coulais beaucoup à part tout était supers hôtel à ne pas rater . J’y retournerai avec plaisir . It's nicely decorated but does look like it is currently renovating, a good thing.
The downsides are the amenities in the bathroom that was missing a short mat for example which could have been nice with the shower that does not have a boarder to hold the water in. And also a few more plugs around the room could be nice.
Staff was lovely and attentive.

E' inaccettabile che si debbano cambiare 4 volte le chiavi della camera perche ' si smagnetizzano senza una ragione apparente , che i resti di una cena stazionino nel corridoio delle camere per 3 giorni e vengano finalmente tolti al 4 giorno per le mie proteste , che per cambiare una lampadina nella veranda della camera si debba fare la richiesta per tre volte in tre giorni , che il cassiere sbagli a fare il conto costringendo a perdere tempo per le rettifiche . "Struttura non curata e vecchia, sporca, molto grande ma vivibile solo all’esterno nelle parti comuni. Senza ascensore , per andare in camera si devono percorrere molti metri e scale a piedi. Le stanze terribili, affacciano su cantieri o montagne di terra. Le stanze a piano terra puzzano di muffa e fognatura. I corridoi sembrano corsie di ospedale. Non è stato possibile avere una stanza migliore che affacciasse almeno sulla piscina con un supplemento di prezzo per giunta. Il personale provava a cambiare la stanza ma con altre peggiori quindi solo presa in giro. In camera tutti i cassetti sono guasti, puzza di fogna dal bagno, acqua puzzolente che esce dal wc. L’acqua dei rubinetti puzza di fognatura. Blatte che girano dentro la camera. Se non espressamente chiesto le asciugamani non vengono cambiate ed è stata riposta come pulita una asciugamano lasciata sporca a terra. Lenzuola incallite. Cibo mediocre, caffè terribile. Sconsigliatissimo! "
