“Room 101 Tidal King
The good: Check in was very easy. The woman who was at the front desk on Aug 6th was very polite and professional. The room was nicely stocked and laid out. The view of the beach was perfect and was only steps away from our door.
The bad: The room smelled of must immediately upon entry. My first step in the door was a soft spot that sunk in and the windows to the room were tiny and we could not air out the smell. We had to have the door open most of the time.

“The owner bent over backwards to make our one night stay comfortable and relaxing. The Admirals room was small and a bit difficult to navigate the hallway to the private bath for the visually handicapped but was not a problem otherwise. Breakfast was excellent. If you have a choice I'd stay in the Captains quarters, a larger room.”

“I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it and this time was no different. I love the charm of the Anchor Inn so much. As usual, I stayed in one of the cottages; the bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette was handy, I very much appreciate the box fan they provided, the cottage was spotless and the pizza I got from their on-site pizzeria was delicious. I will definitely stay here again!”
