“Just not very good, reasonable price but not really budget or bargain, Great location next to the train, Great Western beach and Pub, Just not a very good hotel. The single room is tiny with a tiny bed and looks more like a student doss house. No air con, fan doesn't work, no lift to the 3rd floor. Staff often not available at all, has a chintzy looking restaurant in the front but no idea what or if they serve, so many better places to eat, or stay for that matter. Tired.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questo stupendo lodge per tre notti e ne siamo rimasti veramente entusiasti. La struttura, situata appena fuori l'abitato di newquay, si trova a picco sull'oceano e sia le camere (consigliamo ovviamente di prenotare quelle vista mare) che il ristorante offrono un panorama mozzafiato con la possibilità di godersi dei fantastici tramonti (meteo permettendo). Le camere sono ampie ed arredate con gusto, il personale gentile e disponibile, colazione, compresa nel prezzo,...

“The room was lovely and the ocean view was a lovely touch. The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and quick to reply. Feedback: breakfast took far too long (over and hour) despite the cafe not seeming busy. The lack of lifts didn’t make it easy for disabled people.”

“I checked into my room to find there were no towels so had to go to reception to tell them. The room was in need of a good clean with dirty marks on walls and doors.Also the door didn’t seem very secure when locked so didn’t sleep well as every sound from outside my room I worried someone might’ve come in. Not a very pleasant experience ”

“Please do not book! Worst experience I’ve ever had. This establishment is well past its prime and I’ve stayed in better hostels and received more professionalism. In a nut shell I was expected to stay in this shabby, run down establishment over a full weekend in a unkept, unclean horrible environment with no television which was falling off the wall and a sticky remote which didn’t work and no signal due to apparent high winds damaging the aerial which meant every tv in the hotel didn’t work....
