“The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. The Loft is fitted out to a high standard, and there's nothing better after a day of work as sitting on your own balcony with a cuppa and a free cream scone (4 of which are provided on your first night). The provided breakfast is varied, plentiful and more free fresh croissants arrive every day.... although for 1 person, 4 is definitely too many to get through each 24hrs.
