“This was our second time at being lucky enough to stay at this beautiful and natural resort. Firstly our room was upgraded to a beach front villa was absolutely perfect being able to lie in bed and see and hear the waves breaking on the pristine powder white sand and watch the spectacular sunsets each evening was an incredible privilege. Any resort is only as good as it staff and all the team here are amazing..the gardeners, the housekeepers, the maintenance team, the spa attendants and service...

“I got bitten by bad bugs. That's all! The service is generally very poor. The staff doesn't speak English. The amenities of the resort are not maintained properly (we had a rice plate in the pool bar, a bit of food falled on the bar and it stayed there for the whole length of our stay - 5 days). At the moment of the check out, the staff charged the bar expenses on our credit card twice and we are still fighting to get the money back. ”

“Location is not with white sand beach, the sand is brown. The treehouse itself looks great from outside but very grim inside, I didn’t even want to go into bathroom, rough. Was booked to stay 3 nights but only stayed one as wasn’t happy at all. Would not recommend, Area up near Long what’s the beach called Long Beach Longset beach is much more appealing & much more night life you going in. It’s a great area. Love Koh rong island but you need to find right location.”

“I stayed here in one of the bungalows, and the entire stay was perfect. Yes, it can get a bit loud at times, but most of the festivities would die down by 11:30 pm. “Good points; very comfortable mattress and great air conditioner. The food at the restaurant was really tasty . I stayed at a twin room. the staff are all really nice. Warnings; to get to the hotel you need to go over unpaved roads or walk from the beach , cross a spring and more u paved roads. Impossible with a suitcase. The rooms are not sound proof, and the hotel is also a hostel - loud music until 2am. My bathroom also had a strong sewage smell.”
