“Ventus Travel & this stay went above and beyond during our stay. 9 of us came for the local Sonus Festival and Ventus could not have been more accommodating, our stay was incredible, service brilliant & checkout smooth and fair. The only con is a fairly large cash deposit which must be left, although they offer you to leave this in your local currency which is a nice touch so you’re not stuck with a huge amount of foreign currency at the end of your stay. “Terrible experience. Rude and unhelpful staff, endless rules, and unfair charges. We had to clean the apartment ourselves, throw out our garbage, and still pay €60 for cleaning. They demanded a €300 deposit, embarrassed us in front of guests over a partial tax payment, and the checkout employee even refused to help me carry my heavy suitcase despite my back condition. Zero hospitality, just stress. Avoid this place at all costs.”
