“フロントの方は日本語は話せませんが翻訳機を使用して対応してくれます。(何度かタクシーを頼みました) お部屋には歯ブラシセットは無く、バスタブもありませんのでご注意ください。 またホテル1階にコンビニがあり便利です。同じく1階にbb.q olive chicken cafeがあり、テイクアウトを利用しました。美味しかったです。 少し歩けば周辺に海鮮食堂などいろいろとお店があります。”

“Excellent location, close to the Incheon station, to the airport bus station and to the famous China Town. Nice staff, clean room and fast wifi in the room. The breakfast (non included but available at around 15€/person) is very good! ”

“Most staff did not speak English which I was surprised for the number of tourists they have and their proximity to the airport. Unlike other hotels in South Korea, they charge you if you needed to extend checkout for an hour even if they did not have full occupancy. The hotel is average and you basically get what you paid for. The only staff member that was kind was a young female who was working on my day of departure (May 16th).”

“ベランダで海を見ながら食べる一階のベーグルショップのサンドイッチは最高でした！！ 夜は橋もライトアップされ高層ビルもキラキラしていてとても素敵でした！ 非対面のチェックインも時間を気にしなくて良いので気に入りました。 一階にセブンイレブン、徒歩1分の距離にGS25あり、とても便利です！ 冷蔵庫も、とても大きく長期滞在でも安心だと思います！ 洗濯機がFreeで、使える点も良かったです！しかし洗濯と脱水で2時間かかるので時間がない時は気をつけましょう！ 部屋にあるコップに抵抗のある方いますよね？私もそうです。しかしこのホテルは紙コップを置いてくれています！15個ほどでしょうか？気兼ねなく使える点もとても良かったです！ 今回は敷布団の部屋に滞在しました。寝相の悪い子どもとの旅行にはとても適していました！ ひとつだけ難点があるとすれば高層階だったからでしょうか？シャワーの水圧がとても弱かったことが日本人向けでは無いかもしれません、、、 日本人は水圧を非常に気にします笑 お世話になりました！また仁川に滞在する時はお世話になりたいと思います！”

“무인 객실인데 전화응대하는 직원이 예약자 이름도 모르고 불친절을 경험 했습니다. 호텔 투숙하며 처음으로 불친절하다도 항의 했답니다. 객실는 넓고 브라이빗한데 너무 가구가 없고 헝한 기분이 든답니다. 아침조식은 정말 실망스러웠고 찾아가는데도 어러움이 있었다납니다. 식당이 달랑 테이블이 2개인가 있고 매뉴도 식빵과 달걀 우유,주스가 전부랍니다”
