“I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). “This is old hotel build in fifties. 75 dlls per night is a good deal. Located at the bottom of ski areas, right beside ski lift. Incredibly helpful personal of three Ucranian ladies, managing also the restaurant. Food is excellent...I give this hotel 4 stars, just because the building is fairly old.”
