“This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! ”

“Lovely hotel, nicely located, luxurious and friendly staff. Most importantly, air conditioned rooms. The breakfast was good but unfortunately they had delicious selective options available that we didn’t know about until our last morning out of four we spent there. Aside from the breakfast buffet there was a piece of paper put on the table that we thought it was part of the table decoration. When we picked the paper on the last morning and flipped it open it had different breakfast offerings...

“There was a little confusion about checking in. We arrive late and the staff already left for the date. Our Apartment was in the separate building away from the main building. There was no elevator in that building. The staff was nice enough to come back and carry the suitcase for us since we live on the top floor of the building with no elevator. The room is huge and clean. ”

“Beautiful apartment, stunning views, and great facilities - the bed bugs certainly seem to love it. Sadly there's so many of them, there's even stains on the sofa cushions were previous guests have squished some. ”
