“From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing , we checked in early as going to a festival. Amazing staff , good quality room as they always are. Came back in evening had a drink in the bar, friendly staff and great service, breakfast the next morning was really nice , all fresher cooked and great selection ”

“Very well positioned, you can visit most of the attractions of the city by walk. Excellent breakfast in a glass veranda overlooking the river. I only had a problem with the heating fun in the room being a bit noisy.”

“I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others.”

“I had a room with a balcony that looked directly over the Avon Gorge and the Suspension Bridge. Perfect. Plus I missed check out time by an hour and there was absolutely no fuss at all. Excellent. ”

“Greay appartment, was perfect for a group of 2 friends, one slept in the sofa bed (a bit less confortable than the bed which is very confortable). You can walk to the castle park in less than 10min. Had to turn around a bit to find parking, we ended up finding free street parking less than 5min walk. The flat isnt sound proof and you cam hear outside/ other flats doors but it was find wearing earplugs.”

“L'hotel e' carino, in zona tranquilla pedonale da cui raggiungere facilmente tutte le zone della citta'. Ci sono 2 parcheggi a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze e l'hotel fornisce uno sconto del 40% circa sulla tariffa standard (10GPB per 24hr).
Purtroppo la vista dove si affacciano tutte le camere di un lato dell'hotel e' proprio sul parcheggio multipiano.”

They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival”
