“I called to let them know I would be coming in at 9pm and was told that was fine. When I arrived, there was no staff at the desk so I waited. After 15 minutes I called their number. The person on the other line said give them one minute. It took them over 10 minutes to show up. They proceeded to say some woman called them and canceled my room on my behalf. “The room and resort are ok. We had 4 people but they would only give 2 passes to the water park. We just wanted to sit by the pool! Ridiculous for what they charge. There is not house cleaning and people are supposed to leave their trash outside the room which makes the hallway stink. The lady at check in was rude but the other staff were nice.
