“Our room was filthy. Garbage under the bed and in the corners, including a used tin of chewing tobacco, beer caps, moldy food rappers, and dead bugs all over the floor by the window. Both beds had dead bugs in it too. Pillow cases were dirty with what looked like sweat marks. Makes you wonder if the sheets were even cleaned at alll. No microwave, fridge, or breakfast as advertised. The diner on the property was closed due to the cool quitting? This stay and hotel was a total bust. Owner wouldn’t...

“The house was very easy to find. It was very clean and comfortable too. We had plenty of parking with a 2 stall driveway. We had our boat and easily had room for extra cars. The neighborhood was very safe! ”

“Property was very spacious and clean. Owners communicated very effectively. Enjoyed the tickets to Bridge’s Bay Waterpark even though the outdoor pool was closed down due to a leak. Centrally located to many activities in Okoboji and Spirit Lake. Definitely will stay again!!”
