“The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!”

I didn't realize the "mountain view" also means all the rooms face the street and its just noisy because its the main street into town. The windows/door sound like its cracked open because it was so loud to me. “We loved the peace and quiet at this hotel. The room was very clean, cozy, and spacious. Great to have the nice restaurant at the hotel as the options in the surrounding area are very limited. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would change is that the sauna cost 25 euro per person to use for two hours. This was a high fee. Perhaps the hotel could allow for a shorter use period for much less money. For example, a half hour use for 5 euro per person. An hour for...
