Situato al piano terra della tradizionale casa in pietra nella vecchia parte storica di Spalato chiamata Varos, sei a pochi minuti a piedi dal lungomare principale e dal Palazzo di Diocleziano.

È inoltre possibile utilizzare il cortile della casa con tavolo e sedie situato di fronte alla porta d'ingresso della casa, condivisa con altri ospiti.

La zona giorno è molto spaziosa e puoi coccolare i tuoi sensi con una grande TV LED da 65 "con retroilluminazione, canali satellitari e camino interno.

La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di piano cottura, forno, lavastoviglie e grande frigorifero con congelatore, pronti per preparare qualsiasi tipo di pasto gustoso.

Il bagno è dotato di doccia, asciugacapelli e vasca nella stanza separata.

The manager was wonderful, letting us store our bags when we arrived early and getting us into our apartment early. Dining recommendations next door were excellent. A grocery store and laundry 1 block away! Don’t overpack. We stayed here half way on our 17 day journey and had two loads of laundry done for only 16-18 erous per load and washed, dried and folded in 3 hours while we enjoyed the city! The bed was very comfortable, air conditioned room and hot water. We “lived” in the city for a few wonderful days! We highly recommend this apartment!!

The apartment was spacious and perfect for entertaining our son and daughter-in-law who stayed in the flat on the top floor. The location is perfect as it’s centrally located and an easy walk to the busy palace neighborhood. Toni had a driver meet us at the airport and check in was easy. I highly recommend this property!

The apartment was so perfectly appointed but better yet, the location could not have been better. Additionally, our host and hospitality expert Jellena was outstanding as she provided us guidance and made sure all our needs were met. Everything was so seemless! This studio is in a great position to explore Split. Studio was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loads of restaurants nearby to choose from. We felt very safe in the studio and guests staying at the apartments above us were very courteous. If you are looking for a beach holiday then be prepared to walk at least 20 minutes to the beach. Towels, coffee mugs and glasses need to be updated. We had a very relaxed stay.

We stayed in this property for 4 nights in August and found the location to be perfect. You're right outside Diocletian's Palace, which makes you close to everything, but by being just outside it means the property is amazingly quiet. The property managers arranged for a ride from the airport for us and met us where we got dropped off, which was great because the property is off a pedestrian-only street. We never would have found it! The managers were also very responsive when we would message. We liked the way the property was structured. It allowed for 5 separate spaces (including the bathroom) which is way more than you usually get in an affordable VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a beautiful property in a fantastic location we really liked the property….but! Being ground floor next to the entrance and surrounded by other guests partying almost all the way through the night made for very broken sleep…. If you aren’t sharing the block with teenage party goers you will really enjoy it. It’s a shame, it’s a brilliant location and brilliantly renovated.

This apartment was a very comfortable home base in a perfect location. The immediate neighborhood is full of charming places to eat, plus a small grocery store for supplies and a reasonably-priced laundry that can get a full bag of laundry ready in just a few hours. It's a very quick walk to Split's bustling center, but the location itself is beautifully quiet. The bed is very comfortable, so we slept well and were ready to enjoy the beautiful city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The concierge made dinner recommendations that were exactly what we were looking for, and the host arranged for early-morning transportation to the airport for our departure. There were a couple of hiccups: The lights in the sitting room went out, and they were unable to get an electrician over the weekend, but that only affected the sitting area, so the kitchen and sleeping areas were just fine (and the sitting area got sufficient light during the daytime). The bathroom is a little small and odd-shaped, but everything works.

This apartment became our oasis over 10 days in Croatia. We traveled across the country and each time we returned, if felt great to be home. I agree with the other posters that Deep Shade was wonderful, on so many levels! You must go there. The one thing I wish is that it had been clearly explained that you cannot drive up to the location. If you are renting a car, park on one of the free streets nearby and walk the rest of the way. Don’t get stuck on the hill like we did!

Fantastic place to stay for a few days in Split! Only a couple minutes walk to the old town, restaurants all around. Beautiful, quiet area. Highly recommend if you are staying a few days, property manager was very friendly and helpful, place was clean and the bed is comfortable.

Perfect stay in a brilliant location. Beautiful building, very well equipped, and lovely and peaceful. Only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants, town and harbour. Toni is a great host, very helpful and quick to respond. Thank you to Ana who is so kind and accommodating. We wont hesitate in recommending this property and wish we could have stayed longer.

My wife and I visited Split for the first time in mid-October and we highly recommend visiting at that time of year. Every day was +24 and sunny. We went for many walks and took the ferry to Havr (highly recommend) and Stari Grad (go if you have the time). I also recommend getting the ride in and back to the airport for 35 Euros - well worth it for no stress transport. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor in the old town area where the streets are very narrow so there isn't a view and privacy is a bit of an issue but that is the price you pay for staying in the old town. The pictures you see are pretty accurate - it is an attractive property. The outdoor area is nice but again no view and not that private. Everything is very close by - literally a few minutes walk to restauarants, stores etc. Diocletian's Palace and the ferries are about 10 minutes away. A few of the problems were - the bathroom is tiny and the shower is barely functional (we were told they will be renovating and putting a new bathroom in). There was not enough towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. and we had to buy our own towel to dry dishes. The kitchen is not very well stocked so you will need to buy some of your own supplies or make do. There was no microwave. There was no toaster so we would make toast in the oven. There is no instructions on how to operate anything or any information about the area so you will have to figure it out for yourself. This includes using the television which never worked properly during our 8 day stay. Finally, the water pressure in the kitchen was virtually non existent and the lights over the kitchen table never worked. We brought all of these things to the attention of the manager and she tried to remedy a few of the problems but in the end we just decided to make the best of it and enjoy the beautiful city and warm weather.
