Free parking spot can be easily found in front of the house as it's a quiet street used only by the local tenants.

Majority of Split attractions are within walking range, making this apartment a great choice for your stay when visiting Split.

Apartment itself consists of the bedroom part, kitchen with dining area, large shaded patio in front of the entrance and bathroom.

Bedroom part has two comfortable single beds that can be joined to form a double bed.

While being here you can also enjoy LCD TV screen offering the rich selection of cable programs.

Kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, electric kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

This is a smoke-free studio, but you can smoke on the patio.

Pets are also not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You have exclusive access to this apartment and its patio.

There are no shared areas in the apartment or house.


***** The Neighbourhood:

Studio is located 10 min walking to the Diocletian's Palace or just 5 min by bus.

It's the best preserved palace in the world from the Roman times and also just 1 min walking to the Split seafront promenade.

Area where the studio is located is a residential neighbourhood.

Its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having your peace when you just want to rest and sleep.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, city seafront... all within 30 minutes walking or 5 min by bus.

Bus station with lots of bus lines to the center is within just two minutes walking.

Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are within 5 min by bus or car.

It's easy to find free parking spot right near the house or within one minute walking in the nearby streets.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 3 min walking from the apartment!

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less than that. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
