Caro, lontano dal centro personale veramente rude
Albergo belllo, arredato con stile, camere molto spaziose e confortevoli. Purtroppo lontano dal centro(30 min a piedi). Personale molto rude e scortese;ordinato un hamburger al bar della piscina,è stato portato un cheeseburger e quando ho fatto notare con il menù davanti che era chiaramente senza formaggio,invece di ricevere delle scuse e la sostituzione del piatto mi è stato detto che se lo volevo senza avrei dovuto pagarlo di nuovo. Mi sono lamentata con la reception di aver pagato qualcosa che non ho potuto mangiare e che l’errore era loro in quanto non scritto nel menù. Non ho ricevuto né delle scuse né un rimborso per qualcosa che non ho potuto mangiare. Lo staff non è ai livelli di un hotel a 4 stelle.

L'hotel è confortevole innovativo peró si trova troppo distante dal centro e dal nome che porta non è molto azzeccato a mio parere.... E purtroppo un'altra cosa che ho notato che non mi piace è che se voglio andare a piedi in centro di spalato di notte la zona dove si trova l'albergo è un po isolata e abbandonata bisogna per forza prendere la macchina o un taxi ....

La habitación tenía sin funcionar el A/C. La 1a noche, a pesar de dejar las ventanas abiertas toda la noche, prácticamente no dormimos por el calor más el ruido de la calle. Debido a los reclamos, la 2a noche nos cambiaron a otra habitación en la cual funcionaba el A/C y pudimos dormir y descansar en la noche.

Good, not great. Views not as good as advertised
Hotel is far from tourism areas. No restaurant, bars, or attractions nearby. Rooms were very clean. Mine was fairly small, but with balcony. Even from high floor, looking towards water view was less than expected. Service at restaurant was fantastic, but menu limited and quiet expensive.

Fabulous hotel with amazing rooftop pool, spa, sauna and bar. Heaps of lounge chairs to chill and enjoy the view. Room was clean and spacious. Awesome location and fantastic staff. Loved everything!

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff. Nice roof top pool, not very big or many sun beds but managed to get one ok. Towels supplied. Lovely big room. Good choice of hot and cold for breakfast, will cook you omelette or fried eggs fresh. 20 minutes walk into the old town. Great underground car park with life straight into hotel.

Located within walking distance to old town, in a quiet area, but there are lots of high rise blocks of flats so isn't a pretty area. The roof top pool, hot tub and bar are really nice. The staff were friendly and professional and the room very comfortable. They need to throw away torn bath robes, as mine was dreadful. The transfer from the airport is good value and the driver was excellent company.

Beautiful hotel! The area around the hotel is a little rundown but the property itself is lovely and feels safe. Dining options in the area seemed a little limited. The staff was very helpful and it was wonderful to have parking onsite.

Excellent stay lovely hotel just a 15 min walk to the old town. Breakfast really good and all hotel staff very friendly and helpful
