45 square meter apartment located in the city center of Split. GREAT LOCATION, less than 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s palace & old town of Split, UNESCO world heritage sites.

The apartment is suitable for 4 persons. It consists of one bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and outdoor terrace with table and chairs, at the backyard of the property. The bedroom is equipped 2 single beds, each 90 x 200 cm (that can be gathered), meanwhile in the living room there is a sofa bed for additional 2 persons (160 x 200 cm).

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilette. In the apartment there is also a washing machine, an essential utility for longer stays in the city. The kitchen contains essential home amenities: stove and oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and other kitchen utilities and cookware.

Among other amenities, the apartment is also equipped with WI-FI Internet, air conditioning and LCD TV with cable international channels.
Linen, bed sheets, towels, soap, toilette paper and hair dryer are all provided at the accommodation.

The apartment is located in the city center of Split, approximately 10 minutes walking from the Historical complex of Split with the Diocletian's Palace, UNESCO World Heritage site, and just few minutes more from the city main promenade (Riva).

The harbour, the main bus station and the train station are all within 15 minutes walking. The bus terminal Sukoisan (the final stop of the line 37, connecting city center and airport), is just across the street from the apartment, less than 2 minutes walking.

Few steps away from the apartment there are plenty of bars, bakeries, pubs and restaurants, great area both for daily activities and for evening leisure. The closest supermarkets are about 200 meters from the apartment.

Being in the city center and close to it all, the car is not necessary for your stay at this apartment. However, if you are arriving by car, there are few options for parking, though, please note that we are located in the heart of the town and the parking places free of charge are very limited. The nearest parking free of charge is on street, right in front of the house (usually very difficult to find).

In the neighborhood, nearby, there are other parking places on payment, which are usually easier to find. Generally though, and especially in high season, the parking places in this area are limited and not easy to find, so the best solution is frequently to use the Acorus touristic garage.
