Spacious, 70 square meter apartment in TOP LOCATION, 2 minutes walking from the sandy beach of Bacvice and about 7 minutes from the Diocletian’s palace & old town of Split.

The apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons and it consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with kitchen and small balcony.

One bedroom is equipped with a king size double bed 180 x 200 cm and the other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each 90 x 200 cm.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilette, sink and washing machine, an essential utility for longer stays in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities of home: stove, oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, and other kitchen utilities and cookware.

The living room and the kitchen form a unique space for cooking, dining and relaxing with an LCD TV with cable international channels.

Among other amenities, the apartment is also equipped with a high speed WI-FI Internet and air conditioning unit.

The apartment is about 500 meters far away from the Historical complex of Split with the Diocletian's Palace, UNESCO World Heritage site, and about 200 meters from the most popular beach in town, the sandy city beach of Bacvice.

The harbor, the main bus station (including shuttles from/to the airport) and the train station are all within 5-10 minutes walking.

Few steps away from the apartment there are plenty of cafe bars, pubs and restaurants, great area both for daily activities and for evening leisure. The pharmacy, the police station and the post office are just around the corner and the nearest market is just few steps the apartment. The green market, Pazar, an open-air bazaar with fresh vegetables, fruits, bread, meat, species, etc. is within 7 minutes by foot.

The whole neighborhood is peaceful and safe, ideal as much as for staying in Split as for exploring the city and the surrounding area, including the nearby islands of Brac and Hvar.

Being in the city center and close to it all, the car is not necessary for your stay in this apartment. However, if you are arriving by car, there are a few options for parking, though, please note that we are located in the heart of the town and the parking places free of charge are very limited. The nearest parking free of charge is about 2 minutes walking from the address. In the neighborhood there are other free of charge parking places on the street as well as the parking places on payment, which are usually easier to find. Generally though, and especially in high season, the parking places in this area are limited and not easy to find. The best solution is to use the parking lot on payment (about 100 meters from the apartment), or, on street parking in front of the building or in the quarter.
