Beautifully Remodeled Cottage Home!

Welcome to our stylish and modern cottage home! This unique gem is the perfect blend of urban and homey. Nestled in the heart of Spokane, this small one-bedroom house is a stand-alone cottage home that is a private place to rest and relax. The entire home is yours to enjoy. Come and go as you please and enjoy the slow pace on the front porch or pamper yourself in the custom spa like tile shower. This gorgeous home was completely remodeled from head to toe with guests in mind. We made sure to keep the old character of the craftsman style on the exterior, while completely renovating the interior to satisfy all the modern comforts you want including a front load washer and dryer, smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi, and AC. We made sure to upgrade the home with all the details we love in vacation rentals including real hardwood floors, full-sized stainless-steel appliances, and quartz countertops. We want your stay to feel comfortable and luxurious. Enjoy this home as an easy weekend getaway and a convenient place for home base as you indulge in all the fun Spokane has to offer!

Weekend Getaway

This place was beautiful and had wonderful modern amenities. It was close to downtown and it was a great place to rest for the night with our dog. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

The interior is spacious, with two floors, and an amazing bathroom. I wanted some privacy, and for a little extra relaxation for a day, and this tastefully remodled cabin delivered!

Comfortable and clean

Julie’s place perfectly met our needs. Comfortable bed, lovely huge shower. Our teen was comfortable sleeping on the pull out mattress. Kitchen was well appointed. Appreciated having the washer/dryer!

Spokane Cottage

The cottage is very spacious, clean and private. It is well equipped with all of the amenities needed. The location is central to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Parking is right beside the door making for easy access. Entrance to the parking space is tight but after getting use to was not an issue. Air conditioning was very effective but noisy which took a bit of getting use to as well. Access to the upstairs bedroom would be the only complaint as the handrails on the stairway did not extend to the top of the stairs making it a bit dangerous. The upstairs ceiling is slopped so caution is required. The bedroom was otherwise very comfortable.

Very cute and clean

The house was very nice and modern. It’s a perfect place to stay for a short trip. The upstairs bedroom was not ideal for young children however since the stairs are very steep and there isn’t a railing at the top.

Great spot

My dog and I enjoyed our stay while on our road trip and needed a comfy little spot for the night. the stairs up to the bedroom are a little steep if anyone is challenged in that way but a great cozy place to stay.

Cozy and convenient

My husband and I mostly enjoyed our stay. The inside of the cottage was charming and clean upon our arrival. The outside was not as charming, but it wasn't as nice as the interior. We appreciated the full kitchen and bath. It was great that we had a washer and a dryer at our disposal. The wood floors were beautiful. The air conditioning was just perfect for our late July stay. There were a couple of things that might have things a little easier, such as some written directions on how to use Roku, and how to check out. My husband and I have some joint issues and struggled hoing up the stairs. A railing all the way up would have been helpful. Thank you for your support during our stay. Couldn't get in - couldn't raise the landlord - had to book a hotel

Arrived at the house, entered the code provided by the management - no dice. Tried a couple different ways, no good. Checked we had the right place, yup. Called the management, texted the management, msged them. No response. Called VRBO help, who also tried to get the management for 15 minutes. After almost an hour of jet-lagged complaining from my kids about when we could get in, we bailed. Booked a last minute hotel. Save yourself the trouble. This manager doesn't care to operate the property so you have access.

Perfect Vrbo

We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect little place for us and our dog for a couple days. My husband I even mentioned some of the features we should incorporate in our house. The house was well stocked with anything you might need from pet supplies to laundry and cooking supplies. We also loved the outdoor area with the green space and porch chairs. It was clean and well laid out. We loved our stay here and if we come back to Spokane we will definitely be a repeat guest!

Beautiful remodel of old house, convenient location

Really lovely interior, clean, modern and comfortable main living space and great kitchen. Great location near city center and waterfront. Hosts very responsive. It was perfect for us except for one thing. Not recommended for older guests with mobility issues. Stairs to only bedroom are steep, insufficient handrail at the top. But bed is very comfy with first class linens, once you get there.
