Summary:
This adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single level home is conveniently located near Holy Family Hospital and just minutes away from great shopping centers as well as Downtown Spokane!

The Space:
Kick back and relax in this beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom home. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood in North Spokane you will find all the amenities of home waiting for you here. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home and there is a washer dryer so you may wash your clothes on-site.

We provide smart lock technology for convenient self check-in and key-less entry as well as free street parking for 2 vehicles in front of the home and an additional 3 in the back garage area. Free Wi-Fi and video steaming is available on the smart TV!

Whether you are traveling for business or an escape from the daily grind this warm and cozy home away from home is the perfect fit for you! BOOK NOW!

Quiet and nice north Spokane residential neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Please limit 2 cars parked directly in front of the house to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Additional parking is available behind the house via alley access that can accommodate and additional 2-3 vehicles but please DO NOT PARK in front of or BLOCK the garage door. Thank you!

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

The house was exactly what we needed. Great location and space for what we needed. A few minor things: really only sleeps 6. Advertised as sleeping 8, but our 7th person slept on the couch in the living room. Since the couch was modular (which was cool for hosting) it was not good for sleeping, as the sections kept sliding apart from each other. The clock in the dining area is ready for a new battery. The threshold between the dining and living is coming up and needs a tack-down to not become a tripping hazard.

Super easy to work with and the house was amazing!

They stay was perfect for my friends and I on our 3 day stay at the house, clean had a nice kitchen with all the needs. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking, and the home was perfect

Quiet home to stay while working in town.

We enjoyed the smaller home. My wife set up her sewing machine. We had plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again. The owners were quick to respond when we reached out to them. They are very caring people.

Welcoming little home in North Spokane

This house worked well for us this trip. Nice spot. Friendly neighbors fairly close to downtown Spokane, just a short drive. Nice well maintained yard for the kids to run around in when we needed some downtime. Thanks to Jerry and Natasha for such quick responses when the door code wasn’t working for us. We had a lovely stay in Spokane in large part to your hospitality. Thanks again!

Weekend Stay

My wife and 3 adults kids enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding amd the house was perfect for our needs. It is super clean, the coffee maker worked great, and they are kind enough to have a Brita pitcher in the fridge amd full ice cube trays in the freezer. The beds were comfortable amd we enjoyed relaxing with a show in the evening. I would suggest bringing a fan if you like the circulating air!

Perfect Location

Close to shopping, and hospital. Perfect for the expected arrival of our new grandson! Comfortable place to prepare and bring him to, while taking care of his little sister! Cozy home

We stayed here for a night on our way to Glacier NP. Great location. Cozy home well maintained with lots of blankets and more than enough supplies. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend.
