“Property was clean and breakfast was yummy. Complaints were the window did not properly fit so it was open a bit. Also the noise from kids running up and down the hallways and the ice maker was broken so we had to go to the first floor to get ice each time. We were there 4 days and no one cleaned our room. It didn’t need it but they could’ve changed our towels and sheets. ”

“great location in downtown Spokane. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Had little pet pack for my dog with a treat, which was a small but thoughtful detail. Parking lot on site was very small and full by the time we got there, but there was additional off-site and had gate. There was also a parking garage nearby. overall great experience. ”
