“The “King Parlour” room on the 3rd floor and the communal lounge on the 2nd floor were exceptionally clean and spacious. The walls are surprisingly thin: we heard the phone conversations and blaring TV (all night!) from the adjacent room. Perhaps a strategically placed armoire could muffle the sound? Being located in the city center comes with the Pros of a walkable location and the Cons of drug users nearby. Overall a positive stay and we’d consider staying here again. ”

“Being adjacent to Spokane Falls was outstanding! Or view was amazing. We had a balcony and sat on it, had a brewski and, at bedtime, kept the slider open and listened to the waterfall and watched the Pavillion lights dance. Highly recommended !”
