Please note that this is a multi-level historic home with steeper-than-average stairs. All bedrooms are located on the upper levels and one in the basement. As is common in many historic homes, both bathrooms are smaller than those found in newer construction.

The home does not have central air conditioning. Window A/C units are installed in two bedrooms, and the third floor suite has its own portable A/C unit. However, during peak summer months, particularly when temperatures exceed 75°F, the third floor can become quite warm and may be less comfortable for sleeping.
